Mountain bike day, bike drive and racing!

Mountain bike day! 

We've had so much fun on mountain bike days!  We go out and ride the trails, learn better bike handling skills (including some traffic safety maneuvers... ssh!) and tear it up.  We are leaving Mission Adelante at 5:30 on Thursday, if you want to come, you need to bring your mountain bike, a helmet and water.  If you want to come volunteer on the course (hand out water and encouragement, hang out in beautiful Shawnee Mission Park), meet us at the Marina parking lot at about 6:00.  (map)

Mission Art Walk and Bike Drive!

We are collecting used bikes, doing minor repairs and getting the word out about FreeWheels this FRIDAY, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Mission, Kansas. (map) Come hang out, see some local artists' work and support Kansas City's kids' bike program! (http://www.missionartwalk.com/)

Bike Racing!

FreeWheels Racing will be at the State Line RR this Saturday, bright and early!  Come cheer us on, feel free to donate for more race licenses (hint, hint), and enjoy a day at the races.
