New Class next week!

New Class!
If you are between ages 12 and 18 and have been waiting to earn your own bike, come to the next class, starting next week at ReThink Energy, 2052 N. 3rd St.  Fill out this form and bring it to the first day of class or turn it in at ReThink.  The class is open to all kids ages 12-18, so you might want to turn your paperwork in early to ensure a spot in the 15-person class!  Graduates are welcome to come earn a second bike (can you really ever have enough bikes?)

Classes are held at ReThink Energy (2052 N. 3rd St, Kansas City, KS)

September 19: 3:30-6:00
September 20: 3:30-6:00
September 26: 3:30-6:00
September 27: 3:30-6:00
October 3: 3:30-6:00
October 4: 3:30-6:00

Graduates receive a bike they've repaired, a helmet and tools to keep their new bike in good working order. All graduates are also welcome to come on our group rides!

Ride this weekend!

Today is the last day to register online to ride this Saturday.  There are 11-, 32- and 60 mile options, starting from Wyandotte County Lake.  FreeWheels graduates and families ride free, and there will be food after the ride at Shelter 8.   For more info, check out the event page.  To register now.  All proceeds from the ride support FreeWheels programming in KC, so come out and support a good cause!
